It's been a great year for us. We've finally moved production into our Offsite Production Facility.

We are now able to focus entirely on customer service, project management and production.

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) - I've always wanted to write these!

What does this mean to you?

Well if you are one of our customers and you call or e-mail for a quote you can still contact us at the same phone #'s but our address has changed. So please, let us know about your project, and we'll arrange to pick it up. If you still want to work with us personally, we'd love that we can stop by your office, or you can drop your project in the mail, or even e-mail or talk about it over the phone. Hopefully, we'll be offering you BETTER service, that always having to be in the office during business hours. It frees up our time to be working when there's work to be done, and getting to know our clients a little better when we're not.

Why the change of address?

Well, as much as we loved for 6 years our place in Juanita, we'd just outgrown it. We now have a closed production facility which will offer client privacy, and allow us to focus on each project we are handling. Don't worry, we'll still come to see you or work with you remotely, just as we always have.

Can I still come and see you?

You can't just pop in... We are no longer present at Monster Mailbox on Kirkland. You can still go there for Self Service copies, Faxing, Passport Photos, FedEx, and US Mail services, just like we did In addition are the added services of DR. PC FIX where they do PC Repair, Networking, Websites and all sorts of computer stuff.

The good news is... we have a great partnership with DR. PC FIX, so...

Of course, just give us a call and we'll arrange to meet you at our old office Monster Mailbox and talk about your project there, or at a Starbucks, or Lunch, or your office.

Why is our logo a frog?

We don’t know. It used to be a monster but a frog was just more fun. We are fun people and frogs are cute. That’s all I can answer for now.

Can you help with a design?

Yes, we sure can, At Digital Monster we can help refine your design, create one for you, or use an existing design to create anything you need.

I've heard about BULK MAILING SERVICES - What's that?

Bulk Mailing services are where you give us your database and we'll print the addresses / barcodes and sort for the Business Mail Entry Unit and deliver. We even have our own permit # we can print our indicia, your artwork, addresses, barcodes, and get it over to the post office and still save you money! That makes sense!

We can help your find your voice, your look, and your customers. We use state of the art technology, fabulous pricing and quick turn around to get whatever message you want to the people who need it. Let us take the worry out of your mailings.

Do you make business cards?

Yes, we can digitally print as few as 500 full color cards or as many as 10,000... it's just as easy as approving your proof, choosing your paper, and in as little as a day or two we can ship or deliver your cards to you.

How are you different / better from the competition?

We're different from the internet sites / box stores you see, because we are a small business located in the puget sound area, who prints here using state of the art equipment, and environmentally responsible techniques and papers and where Thomas and Kari McPhail the owners, will produce and help you with your order. That's it. You don't have to send your order to China, or Mexico, or New Jersey to print, just send it to us and we'll do it right! Stay Local - Support small businesses and local economies!

Do you print better than the other guys?

YES.

Whatever the needs are it is easy to see that CLARITY makes the difference.
We all need a little bit of pushing in life. Sometimes it’s a sale that makes us
try a new brand, or a new restaurant or a new printer perhaps. All I am say-
ing is that if you take a chance on a certain place, you might find your fav-
orite watering hole, or shoe brand, or place like Digital Monster where the
people are knowledgeable and friendly, and we can take your order, pro-
duce your order, price your order and get what you need done without all
of that hustle and crazieness that some of the other guys want you to jump
through. Do you really need to make me a .pdf file? No. Is it preferred? Of
course, who doesn’t want a file that’s ready to go. We can print from other
programs without charging you ten zillion dollars or making you wait two
thousand years. Is that because we are better than all of our competitors?
Well if you ask me I’d say that the answer to that question is an astounding
Yes! Yes we are better than our competitors. Yes we know that copies and
printing are easy, anybody can get a job at the place that named itself
after a shipping company, or at the place that named itself after a paper
fastener but what the heck does that have to do with printing documents?
We have know idea. And really why would we want to. We named our
company DIgital Monster Copy & Print because we have digital equipment,
we can tear through any project like a monster, and we make copies and
do printing of projects. Simple solutions. Yep. Now, the question you’ve
been afraid to ask. Why is our logo a frog? We don’t know. It used to be

cute. That’s all I can answer for now. If you want to know more you’l ljust
have to give us a project to do and see if you like our work. I am sure you
will . If you don’t like our work tell us how we can do better, if we can we
will, and if we can’t well you might be one of the few people who just likes
things to be complicated and maybe a shipping company or paper fasten-
er company should make your copies. Everytime you go in there will be a
whole new staff for you to explain your project to...if you like that sort of thing.

Why are your FAQ's so long?

I guess I just want everyone to fully understand how we are here to help you.

We are funny, creative, nice people, who have a family and loads of experience printing. We like to help people and also pay our bills, so you see thats how we got here. We help you, we give you a good price, and a good product and with the money you pay us, we pay our bills and then next year we go on vacation to Kauai and get a tan in January. It just works : )
